As a minimum, new or prospective new owners must be provided a copy of covenants and restrictions pertaining to the association by your realtor or financing organization. Reading and understanding covenants and restrictions assist greatly in minimizing misunderstandings and in maintaining the livability and appearance of the neighborhood. Questions can be posed to board members at any time, or through attendance at monthly board meetings that conduct the business of the association.
An architectural control form is provided, for use by residents who plan to make external changes to residences. The form can be printed, filled out, and provided to the architecture committee at the address shown on the form. From time to time, other documents may be included in this section to assist with understanding activity in the neighborhood.
